Scan to folder, impossible with Vista computer

One thing to know before starting :Vista home and premium editions does
not include the secpole.msc console,that's why there is no solution for the
moment !!
The only other solution ( described in this forum) is to install the FTP service .

I stand corrected but like with XP home you could not scan to folder(SMB) but it would on XP Pro this could also apply to Vista home as it does not have the security policies.However if perhaps set up as an FTP server to on that PC it may just work.Just a thought?
