    Irc2880 print hanging up

Have a customer with a C2880 that was working fine until they moved it. Now it copies but won't process any print jobs. You can Ping it and the flashing light says it is processing but nothing ever prints out. It only has the UFRII, no PCL or PS. We've hooked up a laptop and same thing so it seems to be a problem with the copier. We've reseated boards, even replaced NIC card, but no change.

Have you connected directly the machine with your laptop using a crossover cable?

When we connect the laptop with a crossover cable it won't print, but when we connect it with the USB/Printer cable it does print.......We've replace the nic card and nothing changes. Could it be the main controller?

I'd try updating the system software before you start replacing boards
