*while printing color text magenta is outside little bit.
*copying the printed printOUT its bulred too much because of MAGENTA IS OUTSIDE TEXT
*in the pg test 10 there is little white line is appearing between black and magenta
have look on the attachment HELP ME

With all due respect you have tried the obvious like "auto color mismatch" if that fails try an "auto gradation" first.

Try and Perform a REG-CLR in Service Mode, and then running a Auto Correct Color Mismatch & Full Auto gradation
COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > Lv.2

i think the device is a iR ADV C2225i? if yes, check the spring on the secondary transferroller, a/c not ok, b/d ok

The original document is or looks like a form, on that form there are a couple of line areas filled in with BOLD FOUR COLOR TEXT _?

*REG CLR DONE BUT ISSUE REPEATS THEN CLEAN THE PATCH SENSOR ISSUE RESOLVED
