Hi to all im facing a weird problem in this machine suddenly the (y) appear half on the picture,i changed transfer belt,drum,laser,also i made a clear dc,maincont,chaning high voltage and nothing change can any one help me ,now im debut in main contral Pcb and power supply.

easy fix
remove ITB
remove ITB Sheet
take a look at the YELLOW PRIMARY TRANSFER ROLLER POSITION
i bet it is not locked down on one side
check those black catches & springs that end shaft sits into( missing>/cracked or other

Yellow is washed out on the operator's side of the machine. 
Yellow is washed out on the operator's side of the machine and is normal on the rear side.
All other colors print fine.
After stopping a PG5 test print in yellow at 255 on the ITB, it was apparent that the operators side was washed out on the ITB before secondary transfer.
Next, the YellowPG5 test print at 255 was stopped on the drum.
The drum was coated evenly with Yellow Toner. After inspecting the ITB Unit, it was discovered that the front side was not lifting correctly.

In this case, replacing the ITB Arm Pressure, Front (FB6-2961-000) and Lever Lock (FB6-2965-000) resolved the issue.

Yellow -> Missing on Either Side of the Copy 
Yellow missing on either side of the image in the sub scan direction on all copy jobs, print jobs, and test prints.
PG5 yellow mono and PG10 also showed the same symptom with the yellow missing.
Checked the cams for correct operation by using the lock handle in the front of the machine.
Stopped the copy mid stream to determine if there is any yellow toner on the ITB or on the Drum Surface,
The yellow toner was absent from one side of the ITB but present on the drum
then looked at the locking cams for the ITB on the frame of the copier.
Confirmed the springs inside the cam assembly did not come out of position.
In this case, found that the e-clip that locks the cam in place came off. **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment
