Inspect transport, delivery anti-adhesion and separation fan.

Check transport FAN, Delivery FAN, and Separation FAN.

          Change the transfer/separation wires
You may have to change the Trans/Sep corona assembly. They cause problems after about 1 million

Yes you can vary the Separation current in software,
If nothing works, HVT may be weak

I have only seen transport fan problems on IR550/600,
you cleaned the fan, are you sure it is spinning, or fast enough.
I gave you a bunch of other solutions
