Hello I have jam before paper enter to fixing assembly, I've just replaced the complete fixing assembly.

Replace drum with OEM or try this to isolate issue.

Yes, on all paper trays before enter to the fuser

Might help to have the jam code. Wish I had a dollar for every jam call I went on with this series, does not feed paper well at all! Try and turn loop up from 63 to 80. There is a lower right door modification and the transport rollers should be grey not black.

I suposse you have set up in a4r the casette size.......haven t you?

hi

would be a good idea to look at the registration clutch.

if it intermittently copy;s or prints or plain out right stops at the fuser exit sensor.

if you put a test page on the glass and see what type of registration issue you have , you may notice small image shift on one edge.

this would be the registration clutch causing slip.
