Let me 1st address the moderators of the site. TY for accepting me as a member u are all most helpful in ur discussions here. I am a canon ir5000 user/tech and I oftenly encounter problems on my machines on cassette 1/2. Letter sized paper are stuck either before the fuser roller or after the fuser roller. Can I please be enlightened on jamming issues on such situation. Upper and lower rollers are new plus bushings plus bearings replaced already. Not to mention new sponge rollers, pickup tires a & b. (There are no crumpled paper stuck in claws.)

What are the jam codes & machine millage?
It maybe a delay at registration issue nothing to do with the fuser.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

Sorry for the late late reply... i found out that the vertical rubbers were so worn out that the paper cannot go up. Ty again.Comment
