Distorted image in the side 2, when duplexing, on iRADVC 9060.

    I'm still here.....
I have this problem: on a iRADVC 9060, when duplexing, the image of side 2 it's distorted respect at the image of side 1.
And the defect is known especially in the tail (about 2 mm in the A3 size ).
I found a service bulletin but it show the fault only for small sizes.

    Suggestions ?

    Thank !

We can't see your machine or what it is doing, so maybe share some examples, please?

Distorted? You mean like offset(indented)? Did you try to set first and the other side with settings in user mode?
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

An example: the print a rectangle in side 1 of the sheet and side 2 of same sheet. Size of print: A3.
The head of the image (considering the output of the paper), both on the first and on the second side is aligned!
In the tail of the image, in the side 2, it is deflected to the side user by 2 mm compared to the 1 side (which remains perfectly aligned with the edge of the sheet).

You mean during duplex printing the trailing edge of the image is delay for about 2mm, try to clean the duplex feed rollers and reg. rollers using WD40. During the feed of the 2 page there is a delay on the paper or the paper moves 2 mm to the left side during pick up situation in the duplexing unit.

Do not use WD-40 on plastic or rubber! WD-40 contains petroleum distillates (paint thinner).

When Should I Not Use WD-40?
