Can be caused by the Lifter Plate or the Lifter Gear in the paper cassette being damaged or bent.
    Check

The part number for the Lifter Plate is FB6-3486-000.

thanks the problem was the coil at the cassette. I open and saw some toner all over the coil, so I removed the coil and blow it up. after that putting everything back. the ir4570 cassette problem was solved. thanks to all
