Ir adv 8105 display black. Only yellow is on.
but is running. How to solve this problem.
Thanks.
============================================
The LCD Display on the Control Panel is black but the green power LED on the Control Panel is lit.
Also, the machine cycles when the main power is applied and the machine tries to reboot.
The network cable is unplugged from the machine. Main Controller #1 PCB was reseated to Main Controller #2 PCB. DRAM memory for both main controller pcbs were reseated.
3.3 VDC and 12 VDC is present at J4 for Main Controller #2 PCB. Download Mode does not appear when keys 2 and 8 are held down at power on.
Error code E602 does not appear on the LCD Display of the Control Panel at power on when the Hard Drive is unplugged from Main Controller #2 PCB.
For this case, replacing Main Controller 1 PCB resolved the service issue of the LCD Display on the Control Panel being black. The part number for the Main Controller 1 PCB is as follows:
The back light on the control panel LCD display is off. If a flashlight is shown on the LCD, you can see that the information is displayed.
It was noted that print jobs would work correctly.
Replacing the Inverter PCB Assembly (FM3-9994-000) resolved the problem. The following image shows the location of the Inverter PCB Assembly within the Upright Control Panel Assembly.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
u cant' run the printer without a HDD that is why u get a E602 = no HDD = NO FIRMWARE= NO OPERATING SYSTEM
are u a tech ?? if so u should have that general knowledge-----
check your memory----remove >clean ends & re-seat
also check your connections on Main Pcb
================================================== ========================== Machine boots up fine and comes to the ready state to be used.
The machine intermittently will shut off.
When the machine would suddenly shut off, it was found that 12 VDC was missing at connector J4 of the Main Controller #2 PCB but 3.3 VDC was present at connector J4.
Going to connector J511 on the Relay PCB (output from the 12 Volt DC Power Supply), 12 VDC is not present at pins 3, 4, 5 and pin 6 but pin 1 of J511 (Remote signal) does have 2 to 3 VDC present for turning the 12 Volt DC Power Supply On.
Refer to the following illustration of the circuit diagram.
Replacing the 12 Volt DC Power Supply in the Power Cord Terminal Assembly resolved the service issue of the machine shutting off / shutting down when banging something to hard on the machine.

At the start up machine is running as usual and it reboots automatically,When we remove the HDD the Error E602 appears.
what i need to do for resolving this issue.

This portion is from your previous thread,Thats why i mentioned, when we remove HDD 602 error appears.
Already removed and reseated memory and all connections from the main pcb
I will check the power supply voltages
