A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself

Off : will daily exercises like running or anything that makes our feets keep going and doing this job makes to avoid knees problems? I'm young and i do feel some minor problems already.

Alex, you are wise to be considering your health at a young age. A lot of the older techs did not do this and are suffering the consequences (myself included). I would avoid the impact type of exercises, and concentrate on the stretching, conditioning yoga type of exercises. Become experienced with a drill gun with adjustable clutch (before working on your machines), it will help reduce the repetitive stress problems of all those damn screws on the rear covers. I've been lucky that the last 20 years of my career has been as the shop tech and have not had to carry the tool bag from car to customer's site and back. Keep a separate, smaller tool bag to begin a service call, and reload with parts/tools as needed.
Damn, I feel old (retiring after April at 69 years old), but I have servived without any major health issues.
PS - fast recovery, Vigour!

Wish you speedy recovery. Those procedures are quite normal now and the medical world have made advances with new materials ect.
About 10 yrs ago i use to have pain in both my knees, but more on my right. Started to play soccer again and use to hop and run. played with the pain and now, call it miracle or the lord's blessings i am pain free. i only feel discomfort if i overplay. I am saying this to stress the importance of excercise in one's busy life. I play religously three times a week, with guys over 50 and even in snow in the winter months, no kidding you. i will post some pics later.

A cyborg? Yikes, run away!
Sorry, sorry, sorry.
My mom and dad have had knee replacements and they get around a lot better because of that. So you will too. Just make sure to pay close attention to the rules the doctors give you afterward. And the recovery period can be tough, so keep the faith, you'll get through it.
Good luck!
