what have you done so far?
      What did you check?
      How many prints have printer,itb,developers?
      Eny errors in the past?
      Values?
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

The inside of your drum developing area the P-Kit is dirty and causes the machine to arc. you need to take out all the developers and vac out the area especially the dev that has dropped to the bottom of the P-Kit.
        I hope this helps.

or your drum is worn on the edges causing an arcing as well. I would get a drum, drum cleaning balde and new side felts for sure.
