[Error Code] Canon C1 error E0025

Hello,

I do have Canon C1 and CanonC1 plus in the same location.

I do have a problem with E0025 Error.

When I am trying to use SPLY-Colour CanonC1 I have the same error for each colour.
E0025-0102
E0025-0202
E0025-0302
E0025-0402
.

On C1 plus I do have only for yellow .
The error appears when I am printing

I checked mechanically the toner supply system and it seems Ok.
The supplyind motors are Ok also.


Please help me with more information.

Yes the lever is in the right possition.

Check the board in the right door

Check your density in service mode for all colors (Display > DENS-Y/M/C/BK
if all -negative numbers------------- machine will try to add toner---if the auger to the developing assembly is clogged / it will prevent the toner from getting there.

you may need to clean and unclog the supply augers
following image shows the location of the augers for all colors.
