[Misc] C anon IR3220 not printing correct size

when i send a document to the copier, ie, 3.5x2 , 12 up on 8.5x11 sheet of paper, the crops a not measured all the same, some show 3.5x2 and others show 3.5x1.875, its shrinking, is there a way to fix this so it prints 100% size, thanks

Depending what driver you are using, look for an option that says "fit to page"

fix to page will stretch the image, it needs to print 100% and is not doing this, the image is shrunk by and 1/8 of an inch in the width, i will include a pic. There should be an setting in service mode to fix this
