I have a machine that throws the occasional e060 0002 error code. The device was able to reboot. I checked over the primary corona, and although it seemed fine, I replaced it nonetheless, and the error has returned. The customer has been able to reboot, so my feeling is the corona assembly itself isn't throwing the code, but something else machine side. Wondered if anyone else has encountered this, I didn't see any bulletins regarding this. Thanks in advance!

Re: adv 6255
Hi , I assume that you have read the service manual and followed the steps ,
The final steps are
2. Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).
3. Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

Re: adv 6255
I have read the manual, however those PCB's expense is somewhat prohibitive for a smaller dealership until I check out other solutions, never hurts to ask other techs. I have cleaned the sensor as well, and the small pcb contact that the corona connects to.
Haven't done a controller clear, as I was looking to see if any other solutions are known before I go to these steps. Thanks for your suggestions, I had shimmied the contact pcb, and cleaned the contacts when on site. I'll update if the call comes back!Comment
