Canon IR 3220 Cyan Drum Won't Come Out

Trying to replace Cyan Drum and it comes out about 1/3 of the way and stops. Any help is appreciated!

its very annoying this problem always happened with me ,there is a gap on the rear of the drum that let the toner falls inside it this gap have theeth some times it stuck ,remove the toner cartridge (c) and try to put a tall scredriver to push the gap theeth on u right to let it go if didnt work you must use ur strengths :/ try to see another drum and check what i explain for you to understand me.

Good point,
Have seen the underside of toner cartridge shutter out of position blocking drum removal or even it's own removal.
