One of our IRAdv8105 while copying or printing the paper stops at the registration section and machine is running for more tha 5 minutes and it says print suspended.Any suggetions please

Thre is no jam code....When we are printing or copying the print just stops at registration section,and machine runs for 4 mins and it says print suspended.......no codes is there in jam historyComment

I would upgrade the firmware.
Occasionally there is a mismatch between finisher and machine.
I had one doing some weird unexplainable jam stuff soon after I upgraded firmware.
Luckily a new version came out soon after, which fixed my problem.
If you have no new firmware, try downgrading and test.
Normally SUSPENDED is a clue about the finisher.

1-Do a Back up of DC Controller Settings > using Service Mode; Level 2 > Copier > Function > System > DSRAMBUP.
2-Then, Clear the DC Controller using Service Mode; Level 1 > Copier > Function > Clear > DC-CON.
3-Then cycled printer off/& back on.
4-Next, Restore the DC Controller Settings > using Service Mode; Level 2 > Copier > Function > System > DSRAMRES
5-Then cycled printer off/& back on.
CHECK YOUR OPERATIONS> for Copying > Printing
