    iR3300 E602-001

    Could someone please help me on this code , got to visit customer on monday.

    manual says wiring fault, a mounting fault of the HDD.

    Could the HDD be faulty and where can i download the SST software.

      Hi apollo.
      Where to load SST I do not know.
      And the disk can appear worker. If the error message on the display looks light symbols on a dark field - the disk should be changed. But! If the error message on the display looks dark symbols on a white field - there is a hope. It is possible to try to carry out procedure of check of a disk (it lasts 40-45 minutes) using service mode.

          602-0001 its either the HDD is not present or it needs to be reformatted. I have sst and sys soft just give me your email add.

              ir3300 formet hard disc and install any software ir2200toir2800
