IR2520 load paper in tray

I've got a machine which intermittently doesn't recognise paper in the tray and keeps showing " load paper in tray 1" I've been to it twice now and can't seem to find problem

Might be paper feed unit. I have not had that in a while but I also have less of these models. The paper feed units are different.

I had the exact same issue, theres a modified part for this issue, it fits in the machine, cheap & easy to fit:

I also had this and the connector to dc controller was partially unplugged

hi as our friend said there a modification for the stopper of the cassette just change it and it will works also you should be careful some times the size switch located inside the machine loose from its side also some time the paper indication sensor broken.

PS : about the stopper that located under the cassette inside the cheese of the machine its a white square plastic the new one is black u can make it work by wrapping a tape on it and it will see the paper and works normally i ll follow you a photo latter on
