    FY9-6011 Silicon oil

What is your opinion on FY9-6011 for fixing film grease ?

I was about to apply it to an ir-adv color series but it looked to liquid to me...

I would say no, if I remember rightly it was designed for the fixing cleaning unit and webs so would not be viscous enougth to use for a fixing film. You really need to use something like a white grease that can withstand high temperatures.
