I know it's not OEM, but I've used Uniflor with good results, on all fixing films.

      Results for UNIFLOR

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I can't endorse either of these choices. I do believe vaseline is petroleum based, and silicon oil evaporates. Both are poor choices. =^..^=

I get the Uniflor from Precision and it works great. Blackcat recommended it years back. A little pricey as grease goes but it lasts a long time. Everything else, including the grease that comes with each film tends to burn up and cause the film to drag, thus the blurriness and jamming

I don't know if you noticed Brian, but I thought the manufacturers of the aftermarket films are a bit parsimonious with the grease. I'd prefer to use about twice as much as they send along. It only really needs to be on the heater surface and the end bushings. =^..^=

Yes I did and that's why I use from the tube regardless of the film distributor. I can easily regulate it. BTW, nice word that parsimonious. I had to look it up on dictionary.com. Must have slipped past me in school
