[Misc] Canon iR ADV C5250 Print From Pendrive

Hi, my customer said to me his iR ADV C5250 cannot detect pendrive if using USB port near Touch Panel. if using USB at the back near the Network port can detect the pendrive and no problem on printing from pendrive. did the port broken already? or is there any other place in service mode that i need to turn on?

You need to enable the USB port as follows:

      1. Select Settings/Registration (login as an administrator) > Preferences > External Interface > USB Settings, set Use USB Device to "On" and Use MEAP Driver for USB Input Device to "Off".

      2. Select Settings/Registration (login as an administrator) > Preferences > Display Settings > Store location Display Settings > Memory Media, and set "On".

      3. Select Settings/Registration > Function Settings > Store/Access Files > Memory Media Settings > Use Scan/Print function, set Use Scan Function and Use Print Function to "On"
