What is the error code with it? Should be a 3 digit number if you look at the status monitor.

I've seen a TP on this.

          Gmail

          Account settings

Make sure "Access for less secure apps " is unlocked/off

          Normally it's blocked.

When you tell us the Universal network code; I can look it up and see what to do.

We wont be putting up with this gmail restriction and service calls. Our customers are now using authentication credentials that we supply them.
