    [Misc] unclear image

    My client call a IRADV C3320 that had many white line at all color
    I will pick 4 developer , HVT & 1 drum unit for this
    Pls give me some suggestions for this case

      What is the count on this machine ?

      I'm trying to remember how does this machine work. I'm trained on so much, I don't remember each machine. I rarely come across C3320.

      Assuming this machine has a ITB and transfer rollers

      If all colors are affected, I'm thinking your transfer ground may be at fault.

      I've seen a similar issue on IRA C5200; where the 2nd outer transfer roller grounding plate was faulty.

          I haven't worked on Canon color, but those thin white lines sure look like dirty laser slit glass(es) to me. And the diagonal void areas sure look like poor developing, all 4 colors, as in dead or depleted developer.

          Let me know what you discover.

          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I heard a similar issue from a tech. A C5051 was sucked dry in each dev. He had to replaced all 4 and HVT. Not sure if the found the cause.

              Try and pin point the issue if you can.

              *** Maybe check your voltages according to the GCD

              *** Update firmware as well

              If I think of anything else, I will let you know.

                  Poster has a ADVANCE C3320, not a iRC Printer.
                  Two different animals.

                  Test Print Lines are paper feed direction.
                  First_Clean dust proof glasses all colors.
                  Void areas in all colors__ check paper stock.
                  Drum ages_?


                  What is your printers environment./location._?
                  **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
