IR2525 wont print issue

I have a client with an IR2525, it was printing when i upgraded the other client who had the machine, i put it back out to a client in need, Im not sure what could have changed, we have it configured it prints a config page, yet when it gets sent a print job, it acts like its going to print, then does not, it seems to receive the job and gets ready to print then does not, There is no message about any error as well, can some one give a clue or two, Im a Ricoh guy, not a canon guy
just helping a client friend who needed a machine for his business,so i will apologize for any incompatant ability on this matter upfront. Please any help, thank you

Are you using UFR2 driver? Sounds like wrong driver issue. May need PCL license to print PCL. UFR2 is canon driver.
