[Misc] Ir 3245 sending email very slow

HELLO ALL
We have 10 CANON IR 3245 ,when CUSTOMERS scan documents ( even 1 page ) : it take too long to complete sending ( 3 to 5 minutes ) ... do you have any idea to make them faster sending . THANK YOU .

Try compact pdf for format, had that issue many times before.

Thanks for reply. But I'm talking about SCANING DOCUMENTS FROM THE MACHINE IR 3245 TO SENT...

Yes try setting compact PDF.

If scan to folder is fast then it can only really be their network or SMTP server etc.

As a test use a gmail account to send the same file.

Try sending the documents changing the sending configurations like resolution (150 dpi).

1.- Print a configuration network report.
2.- Perform MMI in SERVICE MODE.
3.- Reset the printer.
4.- Configure the network settings again.
5.- Try sending a document.
