This key sequence is from the NP3050, but if I recall correctly I've used the same sequence on the NP6030:

Press *, ID, Auto Zoom, *, to enter ID mode. Press 2, then 1, to see existing registered ID's. To register your own ID choose ID # registration : 1, then enter your new four digit #, then *.

To cancel out ID Mode zero out all ID#s. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks Blackcat, you were really close which helped me remember that the key sequence for the 6030 is

        *, ID, Stop, *

Close only counts in horse shoes, hand grenades, and atom bombs. Or so we used to say as children.

I'm glad I was able to inspire you. =^..^=
