morning all..to me...it seems the spots are from the ITB CLEANING MECH..The milo strip out of place so toner falls out.pls do a pg16 on mc.pg10 sample you cant see fault properly.seems your bk drum surface is worn leaving lines.yes some do white lines before so worn that it will leave a black line.and line through all colours..check the milo strip on the patch sensor.sometimes when patch sensor gets cleaned the techinician sometime presses the strip towards ITB so ITB scraps against it.

as I said before this is all what I would check.pls let us know the outcome.again...to me it looks like more then 1 prob.

For my experienced that small black stripes is causing of hot roller have scratched.....

Looks like the fuser fixing film unit , strip fuser and inspect the fixing film as may have digs in the film

If all ten machines have same problem my bet is on the toner did not come from Canon. I have seen canon toner boxes look like canon except the hologram sticker was not the same. Nothing you can do about that except buy toner from Canon. I have a dozen or so machines and none do this. If the toner came from Canon I have not seen this problem.

iagree you ,your problem is from toner remove the toner and shake it you will find that sound of gravel ,replace the toner and then take around 100 test ,1 color on density 255 and your problem will solve
