HELLO ALL.
I have IRC ADV C7965 . If print or copy BLUE ( CYAN ) ... Will not clean the old images ... It print to another area & another pages ..( only happen BLUE COLOR ( CYAN) . You have to run around 20 white pages to clean it : NEW FIXING ASSEMBLY. NEW DEVELOPER . NEW DEVELOPER& DRUM. NEW DEVELOPER HIGH VOLTAGE PCB(C) FM3-9589-000 ( machine has count more than 1M ) ... Print from DIAGNOSTIS : happen the same ... ANY SUGGESTIONS ... PLEADE HELP. THANK YOU ALL.

if you replaced all that, i would start with transfer

Transfer belt ( IBT ) ? Only belt or whole assembly ( no PN ) ? THANK YOU

BUT I WONDERING : HOW IT HAPPEN ONLY ON CYAN COLORS ? ( not happen to other colors ? )

I had a 7260 doing that with black. Ended up being toner. Was in a canon cartridge in a canon box but hologram sticker was different. Had to vacuum toner out of black hopper. Tried to run it out but the black holds a lot of toner and after 500+ copies I got help and we took black toner hopper out and vacuumed. Very difficult. All colors ran fine. I think you got bad toner especially as in my case customer bought it online. Tried new fuser first but finally figured out if it only did it on black and none of the other colors was a problem in toner. We sell them toner now and have not had that problem since.

If the toner is staying in the fuser and you have to run copies to clean it out then it could be the toner. In my case the fusers are different in both models but it would not fuse. You said ghosting and my issue was in the fuser and was caused by black toner (would also jam in fuser from toner buildup after a few copies if there was too much black). I don't know of anything else. On my machine I ran each color and it was fine except black. Are you a canon dealer and your toner comes from Canon? The machine I had the lady bought the toner online so there is no telling where it came from. I used to have a lot of those machines until a lot of people upgraded to 7260 and I never ran across the issue. Moving the developer to another machine was good troubleshooting. I would think it would do the same until it ran out of the toner it had if it was indeed the toner. If it is ghosting before fuser I would make sure software is updated and replace outer and inner transfer rollers.

Check the engagement arms for the cyan primary transfer roller inside the ITB.

Perhaps primary transfer roller constantly engaged?
