[Dead] Canon IR adv 8095 Power failure

After paper jam was remowed ,right door closed FH7-7625-030 BREAKER , ELECTRIC LEAKAGE was down.
When we returned from 0to 1 machine wont to turn on,device is dead. checked all the cables, there is no LED signals on any board , no nothing,no fans operating, not any sign that the device is live.
We already checked the POWER CORD TERMINAL ASS'Y on second device and its working good .

    ANY SUGGESTIONS ???

    Ok, spark chasing time...
    Break out your volt meter
    Questions:
    1. Is there green power led on control panel lit?
Does it power with doors(main and right) open?
The copier is designed to cut power to loads such as motors , HVT's, laser, and heaters when the door is opened for customer safety. Power flows from the power supplies to the relay pcb then to the various loads. The photo interrupter next to the switch tells the machine and the customer the door is open. A message to close the door is displayed under normal
Check for 12v and 24v on relayPcb if you get odd volts like 11.7 where 24 should be something is pulling down power
open doors, disengage fixing tray check again
    5. Check J2110 on main driver pcb (RIGHT DOOR SW06=pin 1 and 3, DOOR OPEN= 5V AND 12V, closed does state change or disconnect does machine power with error. Suspect damaged right door switch or actuator
Some people may say I have a short temper, but I prefer to call it

HI Randall,I dont have anymore other machine and cannot swap other boards.

There is No led on control panel,
      not power with doors open,
There is no 12V and 24 V on relay board, only there is 3V on relay board

As already stated get your meter out. Proper AC in? Outputs from DC Power supply? Remote signal from Main Con? Open all doors,drawers,etc...disconnect accessories then see if it will boot. With no green light sounds like AC not getting to supply(or no AC). Troubleshoot....

Ok 3v is good, remote signal to relay from all night. Power off and disconnect all loads from relay, leave connected 510,511,512,513,522,523,501,508,507, power on machine
Check to see if you have 12v and 24v on 511 and 512 and 513 respectively. If you do, check loads on all orange Pico fuses on relay, both sides. If all is ok, one fuse is going to be dead on both sides it's normal, power machine off and add one load connection at a time, each time checking machine status for state changes. (12v,24v,at 511 512,513 and at connection added) When you have screen power even if error code state, go into service mode and check jam/error histories corresponding to original event. And troubleshoot acordingly.

Although a lengthy approach, it is the only way to figure out what is blown.

            Guys,Thanks to all.(especially to Randall )
Problem solved after reseat MAIN CONTROLLER PCB ASS'Y, 1 & 2.I cannot believe what has caused dead machine. My suspicion at first was AC Driver board,Relay Board or something with power supply boards.

After powered ON machine,Error history checked and there is error E197-002.
For now everything is ok with mahine. Now I need to test it a few days.

E197....drawer connector. These machines are notorious for them. Changed a few
