We have a 5051 that has new oem drums and developers, it is putting to much yellow on the prints the copies are fine. This is a Mac we have used the ufr and ps drivers, not sure if there is an adjustment in the print driver. The test 10 looks a little washed out but the copies look fine only the prints are giving a problem.shallowford.pdf

I assume you did a Full Gradation Adjustment after the replacement ?

Yes we did all the common adjustments

I am not sure what everyone else does but I use the test page 10 a lot. I would get it to look normal not washed out. I am not sure about the Mac drivers as almost 99% of my customers use Windows. Maybe the lasers need cleaning or replaced. Common issue on this model especially high copy count. As a matter of fact the last time I had problems was on a 5035 and they printed Mac drivers. Colors (design) were not even across page and it was lasers. Machine got well over a million copies and had to replace lasers twice. You could try printing with Windows laptop but I would recommend cleaning or replacing lasers first.

... And copys from glass are fine ? Maybe try a print through the webinterface, see how that looks.

If both are ok, and printing from Mac is not, maybe it just is the driver...

I found out that they are using a software that is called In-Design cs6 which isn't supported anymore, they are changing to In-Design cloud I will let you know if that fixes the problem. Thanks for all the ideas

Macs have a whole bunch of weirdness when it comes to printing color to CYMK devices. And gets more complicated depending on OS version. Also depends if "DESIGNER" knows true color theory and design for CYMK environment. I have found a myriad of RGB artwork (bang my head against the wall) No color match possible!
Try this with either driver...
File>print
Printer dialog page should have the basic adobe options (setup,layout,color matching((let Indesign determine ensure CANON RGB selected or printer determines color)),graphics,summary)
choose the options(printersetup) menu
It should list
Paper handling
Paper feed
Layout
Color☆ (may have as many as 3)is color sync enabled
Features (printer driver).

Adobe acrobat (PDF) has a very cool tool for the especially difficult files....PRINT PRODUCTION>preflight>prepare for color DIGITAL PRINTING.
This will create a totally CYMK True color matched PDF. And get rid of any PS printing errors that prevent job from printing
