sir ir3570 duplex paper jam every copy jam indicater was sensor no ps17 jamtype delay already sensor changed and right door changed but not solve this problem give me any hints

on this duplex unit, there is a lot of sponge that can get sticky and cause delay jams.
try removing this sponges and see if it will improve

all sponges are removed sir another duplex unit replaced and duplex motor replaced and duplex rubbur are replaced but not solve this problem

are you using new/fresh paper? or recycled?
have you tried printing using A4R
paper curl can also cause jam when printing double-sided.

if you are certain that the duplex unit that you exchanged is a good one,
then it might be the DC con.

You can for the HP Printer,Specially if you dont want to face paper jam problem.

yes paper fresh, A4 two sided jam was duplex rubber upper ,and A4R was duplex rubber lower jamed ,i tried all ram clear but not solve this problem

I posted about that code and no one knew. The only way I can resolve it is to turn the paper so short edge goes first. LetterR here. I don't know what the A4 paper change would be. There is a bracket FL2-1202-000 that gets bent I feel can cause this. Also the solenoid for the gate can be weak or the gate broken. On the right door there is a guide that has the damper pads that get sticky, (actually two guides). The second delivery unit you have to take out to get to that bracket and has a sensor on top that the flag can get out of place. The tech pub is older and the foam strip is not available any more and they have a modified door. Never have been able to solve that yet as I changed the paper direction and customer has not called back (almost a year now). I'll post a tech pub with the bracket and one with the new style door that replaced the foam strip. Both are for other jamming issues but that whole series most of my calls were for jams. You are trying to troubleshoot 010D jams I think.

I see alot of toner. You could try taking apart the Transfer roller section. Take the left or top side off and there is a sensor in between there that can get dirty. Other than that, if the machine has a three way unit. Those can really malf bad to the point that its best to replace the whole three way unit to stop the jams. They can be hard to stop jamming even with alot of time and parts.

there is a one way on the A1 unit up top. It gets dirty and will start slipping. I am sure with a machine of this age and the dirt that is in the pics it needs some attention.

Have you checked PI 17 in service mode to see if it is changing states? This needs cleaning as well and will cause all kinds of false jams.
