hlo evry one .pleas I have canon ir c 1021 it gave me error e000246 .ichang bcp and counter card but it still the same error .I make firmware also but nothing pleas any one can help me and thanks for all

Did you know that the counter PWB is serialized. That is to say, you cannot just swap them around.
If you still have the original counter PWB, I would re-install it. If you don't have the original counter PWB you'll have to get one from Canon, programmed with your serial number.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
