It's a good bet that the cyan drum has a broken gear in the back causing the drive not to properly coupe with the drum. The pattern looks exactly like that. I've had a few of these drum units flake out like that.

Yes I did, I'd check the back of the drum first.

so u mean to say that cyan is missing because drum is not rotating, but except black all the other colors are not appearing properly ,which means all color drums been affected with that gear problem ? kindly mention the gear part no

Yes, that's basically it, which is why the yellow and magenta appear streaked. There is no part number for the gear, it's on the back of the drum unit. It causes some stutter which is why the other colours streak, even though their drums are fine. You'll have to replace the drum itself.

              This is definitely the problem...

This happens regularly on all C7270 machines we have in the field.

If you slide the drum out and disconnect the developer, tip the rear of the drum unit to the floor - I bet there will be some white plastic remains of the gear/coupling that will fall.

I agree. Happens all the time. Replace Cyan drum, you can use a 7060 drum and change the connector if you don't have a 7260. No drive to the drum.
