    [Misc] IRAC 2030i Cassette 4 missing

    Hi all, hoping someone can help, I have an irac2030 that is working fine except tray 4 is missing & tray 2 doesn't see the tray in the machine at all (see pic)

    Any ideas!?

      First thing I would do is pull the cassettes out and see if there is a piece of paper behind them.

          lol im an engineer not an end user, no trapped paper!

              What shows in I/O Mode on these TRAYS__?
              If anything.

              How are harness connections_?

              Other options;
              DCON clear a few times.
              Reload the Firmware as "Overwrite All"
              **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
