    ir6570 error e061

    my machine has e061 error..
    every time in the menu, in lower left menu appears "wait", after about thirteen seconds it will become erorr
    e061.
    what caused it?
    need solution

    my temporary solution
    when i see it was in "wait" i opened the rightside door, then closed it
    i still able to copy

      - Replace the potential sensor unit.
      - Replace the laser scanner unit.
      - Replace the DC controller PCB.

          check the cable from potential Sensor harness.
          some of the wires break. cause too tight cable ties

              i think you may need to change the primary corona

                  I think you might have a paper size mismatch from tray #1. That means that the paper size in the tray does not match the paper size programmed for it. For example, each time it expects 8 1/2" length it gets 11" length. =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      Many times when the primary corona assembly has a leakage,the above error appears more often.
                      Cleaning the assembly and putting new corona wires solves the problem.
                      Some times the problem is also caused by a faulty HVT pcb.
                      In case you do the above and the problem still persist,you could go to service mode and change the PO setting and make necessary adjustments;ie COPIER>OPTION>PO.
                      Good luck.NB Many times the service manual talks about the laser unit and corresponding units but the may not necessarily be the items in fault.
