Good day to all, I'm having problem with this error after switching the machine and making a copy, the copy comes out blank, no confirmation tone after making copy, then error comes out promting me to turn off and on the machine, still after making copy comes out blank, checked the main controller board for loose connection seems ok, any other workaround?

Check ribbon cable between dc and main board.Also reseat again all connectors and memory.Do you have finisher installed?Practice makes perfect

Does the machine perform a self test print on service mode?
If not try to change the dc controller pcb.E0733 is a communication
error problem try to reconnect all the fibre cables.Comment
