    canon ir adv 4051 paperjam in fixing

    sir my ir adv 4051 paper jam in fixing dark copies will more jaming and a4 was paper fully jammed a4r coming but dark copies was jammed what is solution

      What is life & condition of the fixing film? these films will fail & cause jamming just like the older ir2270 series etc.

              when you say "dark copies" does that mean it has heavy toner coverage on it? Also what kind of paper stock are you running this on?
