Prints First copy comes out fine second and third copy have a band (line) that goes from operator side to Back side of machine. Seems quite unlikely to me seeing as the distance from the reg roller to the secondary transfer roller is far less then that. Was this just a suggestion or is this based on past experience with this problem?

Product : imageRunner C3200 / 3220 Title : 105mm Line from the Front to Rear on Multiple Copies Only.
        Problem :
While running multiple copies, a line appears at 105mm from the lead edge of the print or copies. This does not occur on single copies or prints. This is visible in dark halftone image areas. The line may be up to 3mm wide and caused by inconsistent front to rear, or too much over all, Secondary Transfer Roller pressure. This is dependent upon paper type. This can allow paper shift between the ITB Belt and Secondary transfer Roller during the secondary transfer process resulting in this 105mm front to rear line.

        Solution :
Due to poor or uneven tension being applied to the ITB from the Secondary Transfer Roller the installation of the pressure springs, FS7-2696-000, may correct this issue.

Note: It is also important that the Fixing NIP be level front to rear.
