i changed the feeding rollers , drawer setting ok, the customer uses fresh paper

I used to work on these when they were fresh and new, there were a couple that were jamming with I believe that code, fairly often. There is a large tie wrap that sometimes pinches the wires. It's the larger reuse band that should be visible when you open the side door. While not a common issue, happens from time to time. The other issue is the pick up assembly has a post that can break. That leads to skewed and jammed paper from the tray, though it usually won't feed a single sheet under that scenario. If it feeds the odd sheet, try the tie wrap.

sensor lever ps12 in the feeder is too slow, remedy: set the spring from this lever one winding higher for more force (you can do this when you remove the feeder unit )
