[Error Code] 000-0001 solution pls.

I got error 000-0001 on my 3045. I have already replaced heater element, pressure roller and gear. and how to check the heater element with multitester? thx

Did you clear the error in service mode after replacing the part? & what is the part number you replaced?

I did that clear error but it happened again. I replaced heater element and lower roller. should I replace main thermistor?

The thermistor is in the fixing film ass'y.

Did you fit a new one or used from another machine?

Not yet. but I try to clean it the thermistor first. is there any possibilities related to that error ? Thank you
