[CQ] Canon iR3580i problems with color print "noisy" image

    Hello,

I m trying to repair Canon iR3580i and situation is like that, first 1-2 color prints are okay, but next prints have some kind of white noise on colors. Its not constant, this malfunction apear randomly. I have upgraded firmware, made color mismatch and full gradation few times, no result. Test pictures attached. Also while printing color documents, black color is ok, noise apears only on colored areas of document.

Thank you for your help in advance! bad.jpgcorners.jpgGood and bad.jpg

All colors seem to fade, looks like a transfer issue (ITB or transferroller) to me. But could be all drums are end of live.
What do the counters for ITB, transferroller and drums say ?

Drums were OK, I have cleaned ITB ant transfer roller contacts from dust, for now it is ok, but we will see. Thank you for your help!

Be sure to check that the ITB Assembly is locked in and engaging correctly. (known problem on this series).
Also check that the Developer Assemblies are locked into position. The machine may not display any errors codes for either assembly even though they are not installed properly.

        to add on

Secondary Transfer Roller Assembly FM2-5526-000 (Paper Feeder Frame Assembly) on the Right Door Assembly.

this roller also causes that issue / including blotchy copies

Also____Check the Bias Tabs on the ITB Belt assembly and the Secondary Transfer Roller.
They may be bent or broken and not making contact. Repair or replace the contact that is broken.
