[CQ] ir adv4235 smearing

Dr.s office prints billing sheets 100 at a time. From my experience it does this after 40 pages intermittently. Fuser has been replaced , firmware updated, played with the fuser temp. This billing sheet seems to be the only thing they print that does this. It is printed on plain 20 lb paper. The smearing occurs in the same exact spot every time , and has happened with 2 different fusers.

I had one like this, fuser temp never did rise to where it should, observed through service mode. Power supply was required, and fuser temps went back up.
