Put new feed rollers in. This has worked for me in one case. Check quality of paper. Humid conditions?
Customer putting already run paper back into the machine.
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

Open fuser door, see the thin red roller, lubricate it, seen that cause you problem, also, check actuators switchs(the steel cover on them) they come loose also and cause intermittent jams. Good Luck.

Try replacing the orange del roller on fuser door

        FC7-2395-000 Orange del roller

        FU5-1559-000 Bushes x 2

If it is part of the fuser assembly then it is brand new. Should I lube with silicon oil? this is an odd request but I am willing..........

Yes, that's the roller I am talking about, lubricate it, the bushings dry up and the roller doesn't turn freely. After a few copies, it kind of frees up and lets paper go thru ok, but after sitting , will cause problems again.
