    [Misc] iR ADV C3320 Copy/Print Quality Issue

    Dear All,

    i am working on a iR ADV C3320 copier. Printouts is not clear. recently i changed the 1no color drum. but issue could not be resolved.
    kindly help me friends how to solve this.

    1. Auto Color Mismatch, Auto gradiation
    2. Cleaned Transfer Roller
    3, Cleaned Laser Unit
    4. Upgraded to latest firmware Ver 9.2
    5. Changed Color Drum

    hi,

    is the CQ issue only in Colour? is it blurred in b/w also? or is it just a colour issue? cant tell by thumbnail what is exactly wrong. if its blurred in colour and ok in mono, look at the patch sensor and clean it..

      It is impossible to see the issue from your sample.
      Take an official Canon test chart copy & post back.
      Also what is the copy count count on?
