ADVC2220 magenta sale blanco / magenta leaves white

Saludos. Al hacer test PG 10 la banda de magenta sale blanca. Los demas colores salen correctos y con el tiempo sale E020-1160. He cambiado Laser. Tambor magenta. Dc controller. HVT . Sobre la banda ITB no aparece el magenta y no consigo averiguar que puede ser. Alguien le ha pasado y puede indicarme. Gracias

Do you still hav the old Drum, what if you put that one back ? Or was the problem there before you replaced the drum ?

Of old drum works, swap the chip contacts from the old drum to the new one, if old drum doesn't work, try this :
