Hi,
You have to clean the registration rollers contact plate, which located on its left side, after the right door opening.
There are some black grease between the plate and the roller causing poor contact.
You can see it circled on my photo.

Thanks for the suggestion.i have cleaned same today.lets see what happens.it is heavy volume machine around 1200 copies per dayComment
