    Hi,

Base on the image you have provided, It's a Fixing Film problem, check your fixing unit, clean fixing film, or replaced fixing film

You can see that it has picked off the toner from places on the printed area. This indicates that the wrong paper setting is being used. You are printing on heaveyweight paper (105gsm - 200gsm) but the machine thinks that it is normal paper (80gsm - 100gsm).
You have changed the fixing unit and the problem is still there - paper weight wrong.

If you have changed the fixer and it has happened again then you might have to change or clean the fixing film again. You should see toner on the film roller.
Did you change the entire fixing unit or just the rollers?

Observe prints before fixing.Maybe it's not fixing issue. Is this happening with all colours?
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Print off some more pages and see if the IQ faults actually look the same. I doubt they will. It seems to be a fixing issue for certain, but are there any marks on the ITB.
it's picking it off earlier on the page and redepositing it further up the sheet, you can see the white marks where it is taken off then the black mark where it puts it down again.
Needs some new pictures. do a PG10 and lets see.

Plus heavy paper needs to go in bypass tray and set it proper. Once working you can look into following the right setup for heavier paper in the drawers.
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

You can see where it has picked off the toner from the black colour it has re-deposited it further up the page basically moving the toner further up the page.
This is symptomatic of a fixer fault. Either temp setting (paper setting is wrong) or the fixer nip is wrong.
it's just [icking off the black toner because black toner is usually slightly bigger particles than the other 3 colours so black shows this issue more.

Please see following guide on NIP adjustment:-

When you say you replaced the fuser, are you sure? For the 50xx series you cannot replace the whole unit, its has to be rebuilt. If that is what you meant by replacing the fuser then i apologize but just want to make sure.

You want to replace the fixing film, the pressure roller, and the pressure roller bearings
