iR Adv C5035 Update firmware

Hi all,
Need help .Anybody have this issue?
After update to the latest firmware thru USB ,everything was find but DF suddenly cannot function
Check in the service mode under version ,Df are not in use.
Please help.

If i want to update only R-con thru USB with should i choose
1)upgrade (Auto)
2)upgrade (w confirmation)
3) upgrade (overwrite)
4)Format HDD
5)Backup
7)clear download
8)download menu 2
9)other menu

If you only want to upgrade the R-CON only put the R-CON firmware on your USB, choose this when creating the USB stick in the SST (uncheck the files you don't want)
However it is always best to upgrade all the system software files as if you only upgrade one there maybe incompatibility issues with old/new software.

Personally I always use option 1, Auto update never had an issue with this method.

I have a C5035, throws error E000602-1213, looks like that is HDD problem. So where can I get the firmware to try to reformat the HDD or replace the HDD and flash the firmware to a new HDD?
