HELP- Canon Plotter ipf610 color issues

    Hello all,
We have an issue with our canon plotter. Color prints look terrible and drab or without color all together. We got a new printhead less than a month ago under warranty but it doesn't seem to fixed the problem. I did a nozzle check and the area that is supposed to be yellow is not. Would it simply be a problem with the yellow cartridge? Or could it be the purge unit as our dealer seems to think (expensive maintenance visit to say the least)? Any advice is welcome
    Thanks

Are you using Canon branded ink? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You've done the simple things. It will be expensive. It always is on plotters. It could be a carriage assembly or cable. Both expensive. =^..^=
